The Conditions of Use (COU) of this website are an agreement between you and BPE Services (DBA RR Craftsman) and our assigned agents (COMPANY). 

ACCEPTANCE
You accept the COU by doing any of the following things:

  • Purchasing products, software, or services;
  • Creating an account with the intent of using services offered by this website.

If you don't want to accept the COU, simply don't do any of these things!

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not use the services of this website to:

  • Post items that you do not have permission, right, or license to use;
  • Post objectionable, offensive, unlawful, inaccurate, or harmful content;
  • Post personal, private, or confidential information belonging to others;

The COMPANY reserves the right to remove any such posted information and terminate a user's service, including access to this website.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Items offered for sale through this website have been designed by and are copyrighted by the COMPANY. Items are sold exclusively for personal and non-commercial use and may not be reproduced for resale without an appropriate grant of license from the COMPANY. (Yes, you can use our STLs to print copies for your friends and recover your costs, but you can't resell them on eBay, Etsy, and similar sites without a resale license.)

PRICING and PAYMENT
Pricing is maintained on our website, with discounts for quantities applied automatically where appropriate. All prices are shown and transacted in US Dollars (USD) only.

We process payments either through PayPal or a national credit card processing service. We do not store your financial information at any time. All communication between you, our store, and payment processing services are digitally encrypted for security.

SHIPPING and DELIVERY
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained within this platform. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, the risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Our shipping fees include a small handling charge for materials. We use new shipping materials and pack to ensure safe delivery. We reserve the right to split large or heavy shipments to ensure the safety of the shipper as well as prevent product damage while in transit.

Shipping Time
If your order has multiple items, your order may come in separate shipemts and items will be charged once shipped. Our standard shipping service is USPS Ground Advantage, which typically requires 2-5 days in-transit before delivery at your address. We reserve the right to use an alternate shipping service (UPS or FedEx) for oversize or heavy items.

Processing Time
Processing time is the amount of time between placing your order and your order turned over to the shipping carrier. Allow a minimum of 4 hours of processing to prepare and pack your order for shipping. The cutoff time for same-day processing and shipping is 1 PM US Eastern Time. The following guidelines apply:

  • Many items are in-stock can ship same/next day.
  • Items that are "produced to order", such as 3D printed items (including those with specific colors or personalization) can required 1 to 4 days of production time, depending on size, complexity, and quantity.
  • Items that are "designed to spec", including wood, etched, and 3D printed items requiring custom design may take 7 to 30 days depending on the complexity of the specification.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE COMPANY OR ITS EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS OR AGENTS BE LAIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT LOSSES OF DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE.
