Shipping & returns

Shipping

We use USPS Ground Advantage for shipping most items. We can ship via alternate carriers for large orders upon request, or if the cost savings is significant. If you order items such as cork roadbed strips or sheets (36" length) the system will automatically select the "lg" shipping option. This applies the fee for oversize packages. Note that "Free Shipping" offers are limited to $30 and any excess shipping due to oversize packages (12x36x4 and above) will be charged with your order.

Returns

Items that are custom made are not returnable unless you receive the wrong item or encounter a manufacturing defect. Standard items may be returned within 30-days of reciept and must be returned in original, sellable condition. Return shipping is at your expense. You must request a Return Authorization before returning an item.

Damage in shipping

Shipping damage is outside the scope of RR Craftsman's quality assurance. We do fully insure all shipments. In the unfortunate circumstance that your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us. We will file the claim and refund or replace the items once the shipper settles the claim. Please submit photos of the package and damaged items. You may be required to retain the damaged items for up to 30-days for carrier inspection.
