Shipping & returns

Items ship via USPS Ground Advantage whenever possible. We do our best to keep shipping costs low. All items are packed to avoid damage and are insured. Items damaged in shipping will be replaced upon notice and acceptance of the claim from the shipper. Please provide photo evidence of damage to file a claim.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request an RMA and ship it back to us for a full refund of your purchase price. Items must be in an unopened / unused condition. Shipping costs are not refundable and buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Note that custom-crafted items are NOT returnable or refundable.
