Cork has been the sub-roadbed material of choice for decades. It's all-natural, clean, provides an appropriate rise to create a ballast profile while helping to deaden the sound.
This product is 6mm thick and is used for HO scale mainline track applications. These beveled strips are dimensionally identical to and fully compatible with other commercial roadbed products - see photos for comparison. Our product is 100% natural cork with no dyes or additives and is lighter in color.
Each "set" contains 4 lengths (8 half-strips) of 36" long roadbed, providing a total of 12 feet. This small unit packaging allows you to buy economically.
