A set of HO Scale decals for the rare Great Northern E7's "as deliverrd" scheme with "The Great Northern" in script across the nose and Rocky heralds on each cheek. Both nose letter color options are included - Yellow with Red outline and Green with Yellow outline. Nose numbers are outlined in white to represent the Scotchlite trim on the prototype. All E7 numbers are provided to eliminate applying individual numbers. Numbers are provided for nose, side, and number boards. Two non-prototypical numbers (480/481) are included for creating a "fantasy" paint scheme.
There are enough heralds, names, and trim lines to produce two E-7 units - one in as-delivered and one in the updated and classic E-B scheme. You could produce two updated style models if you manually curve the nose trim lines.
All artwork was created by the RR Craftsman team using photos and official painting and lettering diagrams. We have limited stock, but additional sets can be produced in 7-10 days. Decals are produced by Bill Brillinger of Precision Design Co.
