Bridge "shoes" that mount between the abutment and the base of the bridge. On the prototype, this provides mechanical isolation, allowing limited movement to account for expansion and contraction of dissimilar materials (steel bridge and stone/concrete abutment). These consist of 2 parts and a pin and are "single point" functional.
Mount the small, 2-blade shoe to the bridge, mate the larger, 3-blade shoe with the pin and then secure it to the abutments. The pins can be removed to service the bridge if desired.
This style includes mounting bolt detail. Some bridges were secured at one end and slid at the other end to account for expansion and contraction - simply file the bolt detail off of the bottom plate to represent a sliding end.
