A pair of round concrete phone booths with steel doors, often found along remote sections of track at sidings. These allowed the conductor to communicate with the dispatcher before radio was in widespread use.
The steel door is separate, allowing it to be easily painted. A square battery box is also included, which was sometimes found near these phone booths. Bone white plastic (aged cement color).
