Modular Panel - Brick & Concrete - Base - CUSTOM

This panel forms the first level of a modular building system. It represents a 12-foot tall story with a foundation level with a height appropriate for truck and rail loading doors. This panel will have customer-defined cut-outs placed for windows, doors, or other objects that pass through the wall. You must specify the size of each opening and the location in mm of the upper-left corner of the opening. Openings can be anywhere within the lower brick area up to and including the lower and middle concrete sections. The panel can also be cut evenly in half, which is useful for background buildings. Feel free to contact us for assistance before ordering this item.

This panel is available in 4 styles - Left, Center, Right, and Full - which defines the width of the facing concrete column. The wall thickness is exactly half the width of a full-width concrete panel, so that when a full width and half-width panel are joined at a corner, both sides appear to be the same width. When creating a wall with multiple panels, start with a Left, then zero or more Center panels and a Right panel. For a small 1-panel square building, choose two Full and two Center panels.

Brick is available in 3 color choices - light brick, dark brick, and golden tan. The concrete portions of the panels, including the mortar lines, are produced in an off-white color similar to aged concrete.

Panels can be digitally assembled into 4 panels wide and 4 stories tall to improve strength and reduce glue joints.
